Participation in education fairs, interviews, and assessments

Scholarship, funding, and financial aid information

Important: Arcnet is not responsible for decisions made by universities, governments, or other external authorities. Final outcomes depend entirely on the relevant institution or authority.

2. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree to use it for lawful, personal, or educational purposes only. You must not:

Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, or infringes any rights

All fees will be communicated upfront and must be paid as agreed

Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice may be refunded within 14 days

Fees are generally non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations

Arcnet does not collect tuition fees unless authorized by the institution

Third-party payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, Paystack) may apply. Arcnet is not liable for issues caused by third-party services.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Arcnet collects and processes personal data (e.g., contact information, academic records, identification documents) to provide services efficiently and securely.

Data may be shared with partner institutions, authorities, or service providers when necessary for the purpose of your service

All data is stored securely and retained for 7 years following service completion

7. Service Limitations & No Guarantee

Arcnet cannot guarantee:

Admission into any educational institution

Scholarships, financial aid, or funding approvals

Visa or immigration approvals

Employment, housing, or other external arrangements

All decisions rest with the respective universities, scholarship authorities, or government agencies.

8. Liability

Arcnet Education Ltd is not liable for:

Losses due to inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading user-provided information

Decisions, delays, or errors caused by third parties

Visa refusals or immigration outcomes

Indirect, consequential, or special damages

Use of Arcnet’s website and services is at your own risk. Aggregate liability is limited to ₦1 (one naira) to the extent permitted by law.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Arcnet may terminate services if:

False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided

Payments are not made according to agreement

Users engage in misconduct or abuse the services

Termination does not release you from any outstanding obligations or fees.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

11. Amendments

Arcnet may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
